Upon enquiry, we set up a meeting to get an understanding of your financial situation, property preferences and objectives. During the meeting, we will explain the loan process to you and request certain documents to start the application. We can also discuss on questions and confusions you have regarding the process, to help you have a confident and informed decision-making experience.
After the first meet, we collect your necessary documents to assess your loan eligibility and to provide you with the most suitable loan options. Some basic documents we require are Identity documents, Pay slips, Bank statements, Recent tax returns, etc. Some additional documents are requested in special situations.
Once we receive all the documents, we conduct a comprehensive analysis on your financial situation and recommend you with the right lender and the most suitable home loan products. Then we will submit your pre-approval application to the right lender accordingly. Taking pre-approval on loan provides assurance and confidence while purchasing your dream home.
Once the lender provides pre-approval on your home loan, you can start looking around for the property within the budget. And once you find the ideal property and complete your due diligence, you can proceed with signing the contract to purchase the property.
After you sign the contract, we will start the application process for formal approval on your home loan. The lenders will review the application and complete some necessary checks like property valuation, credit checks, building documents, etc. before providing the formal approval and loan offer documents.
Finally, the lender certifies your documents and arranges a settlement date, time and location with your solicitor or conveyancer. As the settlement is completed, you will be notified and ready to move into your new home.
